If art is to nourish the roots of our culture, society must set artists free to follow their vision wherever it takes them.

WELCOME to the CHS
IB Art Exhibition 2021
2020 was a 'rough' year for us all.
For the first time, we weren't able to host our annual IB Art Exhibit in person - virtual only.
This year, we are SO THANKFUL to be able to present our IB Art students' fantastic work
for live, in-person attendance once again!

The Theme
Each year, our IB Art students choose a 'thematic umbrella' term which functions throughout the year as inspiration and a guiding concept our artists may choose to develop some of their work around.
This theme can serve as the basis idea for class projects, for collaborations, and for individual artworks.
Some artists focus on it a lot, and others little.
It usually becomes our IB Art Exhibition's Title.
This year's theme is ROOTS,
